This is the pup I got from Deerhunter280 ... I think she is going to be called Misty ..... It seems she has grown in the 2 weeks I have had her ... I took her fishing with me today and as soon as the cows saw me here they came...she wanted to bark but I got after her and she just looked at them and ignored them after a while ..I figure it will do her good .... she is always nose to the ground so I have high hopes for her.

EJ, Guess, you got as close as you could to Old Blue, Krystal says it's her dog but I still keep and feed her. Good looking pup and with you she'll be hunting before you know it. Good Luck with her.

She's looking good E.J. I have high hopes for this litter since it will be the last pups out of Blue. Keep me posted on her progress.
I'll try and post some pictures of two male litter mates i kept.

I have always thought its good to have a "well rounded" dog .... one that is used to crowds...all sorts of animals and anything ELSE that might be a "distraction" while hunting .... that way it will be no surprise and not interfere with the HUNT ..... hopefully I will have some pics of her on a hog (pen work) soon.

Good looking dog EJ. How is she breed? She looks just like a male dog we have. Colored almost exactly the same. He is more of a bay pen dog though. He is a son of the Diamond Cutter dog so I guess it makes sence. He was free though so I can't complain. I'm not really in to the bay pen thing but I may take him to a few just to see how he does. I won't feed him if he can't contribute some where.

The Renegade dog is the great grand sire of my Bo gyp that came from Blue Sky. She is the best of two dogs I got from Blue Sky and in a lot of ways she is the best bay dog we own. Good luck with your little gyp.

EJ, I've always thought you had good taste in dogs. That is a fine pup! I'm sure she'll do well for you. Good luck with her.

Thanks for the kind words guys and gals AND JT ..... the black Catahoula with the glass eyes AND smarts WOULD certainly be something to "breed for"
